Welcome to OmicsChart PREON, an online analytical platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by OmicsChart Tech Ltd ("OmicsChart") and the entity executing this Agreement ("You").
Before you proceed to use our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions, as they govern your access and use of OmicsChart PREON ("The Platform"). By subscribing to our data product and uploading data, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use The Platform.
1.1 Subscription Duration: Upon subscribing to our data products, you will have access to curated and aggregated data on The Platform for a period of 30 days, starting from the date of your subscription.
1.2 Limited Liability: OmicsChart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use The Platform or data products. The Platform and data are provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. OmicsChart's liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the amount paid by You for the subscription during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1.3 Access to Aggregated Data: As a subscriber, you will only have access to aggregated and anonymised data on The Platform. You will not have the ability to access or download raw data.
1.4 Data Removal: OmicsChart reserves the right to remove any data or analytical products from The Platform at its sole discretion. This may occur due to data violations, partnership terminations, inappropriate content, or any other reasons that contravene our platform policies or terms of use. If data is removed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users but shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such removal. Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access to The Platform, without notice or liability.
2.1 Platform Content: All content available on The Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OmicsChart or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 Use of Content: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use The Platform for the duration of your subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from The Platform without prior written consent from OmicsChart. Unauthorised use of the content will result in the immediate termination of the license. You are also prohibited from reverse engineering or decompiling any software on The Platform.
3.1 Platform Access: While OmicsChart strives to ensure that The Platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to The Platform. OmicsChart may, from time to time, perform maintenance or upgrades that may temporarily disrupt access to The Platform. OmicsChart will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or upgrades that may disrupt access to The Platform.
4.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm The Platform or its users, including but not limited to introducing viruses, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to The Platform or its systems. Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access to The Platform, without notice or liability.
4.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use The Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use The Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
5.1 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.2 Modification of Terms: OmicsChart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on The Platform or notifying you via email. OmicsChart will notify You of any material changes to these terms via email at least 30 days before such changes take effect.
5.3 Termination: OmicsChart may suspend or terminate your access to The Platform at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, OmicsChart may delete any data associated with your account, and you will no longer have access to The Platform. OmicsChart shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such termination.
5.4 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
5.5 Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OmicsChart concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements.

By subscribing to our data products and using The Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
